Coaching is a collaborative process between you
and me. As your coach I am fully committed to helping you achieve
your goals and offer you support, encouragement and challenge
where appropriate. Your role in this process is to commit to
achieving tasks to take you towards your goals. This process
can be exciting, challenging and ultimately rewarding as you
move towards the life you want.
I work in a gentle, intuitive and yet structured
way using a variety of methods including guided visualisation,
neuro-linguistic programming, cognitive-behavioural and relaxation
techniques.

Working from the Pierian Centre in central Bristol,
I usually see people on a weekly or fortnightly basis –
although this is flexible.
I did
several coaching sessions with Julia when I was feeling
uncertain about a major decision. Julia gave me
